Do składu zespołu powrócił po latach basista Keith Chatham, a wraz z nim nowe oblicze formacji tworzą muzycy związani z kilkoma inkarnacjami Condemned?, choćby Attitude Adjustment, Black Mackerel, Mercenary, Condemned Attitude. Pełny skład przedstawia się następująco: "Rotten" Scotty Gardner (wokal), Keith Chatham (gitara basowa), Rick Strahl (gitary), B.Scott Clayton (gitary) i Slade Anderson (perkusja). Wymieniona piątka zamknęła się w studiu z Billym Andersonem, renomowanym producentem, znanym ze współpracy choćby z Neurosis, Mr. Bungle, Melvins, Sick Of It All, Eyehategod i Cathedral. Wspólnie stworzyli krążek, który poraża mocą, ujawniając ogromną energię wciąż drzemiącą w muzykach Condemned?
